If you ever wanted a clock capable of stopping your guests in their tracks, then this is definitely the ticket. Just seeing the clock out of the corner of my eye while I type is enough to make me just a little bit dizzy. Sure, it probably won’t put them in a trance, but it’ll at least keep your evenings interesting. I’d just advise not putting this above the TV or anything else that you tend to look at for long periods though.
This eye catching clock offers quiet and smooth operation and can used anywhere you like. If you happen to hold some kind of job position with power it’d be fun to put it directly above your head. Then you can hypnotize all of your employees or at the very least put them in a little bit of a daze. You can purchase the clock through Think Geek for $19.99.

Having a GPS in my car is great for those times when I’m visiting a new city. It tells me the most efficient way to get to where I need to be. When I want to find something to eat, or a specific store, I can just look it up on my phone, find the address and then type it into the GPS unit. Actually, that is something of a pain. Wouldn’t it be better if you could just press a button and send the address to your GPS, rather then manually typing it in? If you have a SYNC-equipped Ford car, you’ll soon be able to do just that. Ford is getting ready to roll out an update called “Send to SYNC” which will allow you to send information from Google Maps directly to the car. You’ll be able to pull up a restaurant on your iPhone, laptop, or even your home computer, and then send the address to your car. Once you’re ready to take off, the car will guide you to your predetermined destination. Now if we could just get this sort of functionality out of standalone GPS units.

This rather plain looking, oak-mirror from Designers Anonymous features a series of LEDs that light-up to form the image of a hanging chandelier when switched on. Now to be quite honest, the fact that you can see the dotted outline of the chandelier in the daytime kind oframed f ruins the effect for me, and given the mirror costs ~$840 (£580) I would have preferred if the chandelier was completely invisible until the LEDs were illuminated. But I can be really picky when it comes to light-up mir
